Performance management tools help organizations with documentation, feedback, decision making and performance evaluation for employees. Without a clear performance management strategy, a disconnect exists between individual performance goals and overall business targets

We offer internal talent assessment tools and customized performance reviews including documents and actual performance review facilitation.

Using a customized evaluation tool, we identify the skills, expertise, responsibilities and behavioral traits necessary for a role – the employee is then rated by their direct supervisor in each area.

The goals of this performance management tool include: communicate performance objectives, identify performance gaps and understand areas for opportunity and growth.
